Project Scope

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate information, required content and authorized credentials, rights to supplied materials, reviewing deliverables, meeting agreed deadlines, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

Intellectual Property

Client-provided materials, Globe Digital Hub-created work, third-party assets, open-source software and licensed components may each have different rights. Ownership or transfer depends on the applicable project agreement.

Third-Party Platforms

Products may depend on Google Play, Apple App Store, hosting, payment, analytics, API or cloud providers. Globe Digital Hub does not control their policies, availability or decisions.

App Store Approval

Globe Digital Hub may provide preparation and submission assistance, but Google and Apple independently review applications and final approval is not guaranteed.

Payments

Pricing, deposits, milestones, refunds and payment terms should be defined in the applicable proposal, invoice or project agreement.

Website Availability

The website is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability should be limited reasonably in relation to the relevant service and written project agreement.

Changes

Globe Digital Hub may update services, website content and these terms periodically.

Governing Law

Any governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions applicable to a specific project should be established in the applicable written agreement.
